Cellulose electrode for welding vertical welds towards down to the weld base, interlayer, layer for filling and the finishing layer on the pipelines of large diameter. It is the most suitable one for welding the base. High economy in relation to the electrodes for welding vertical weld towards up and the basic electrodes for vertical welds towards down. FOX CEL has a very intensive fine melting and good toughness. It is not sensitive to atmosphere influences, it is very safe in regard to the formation of cracks in the base. The resistance of HIC and SSC is tested according to NACE TM 02-84 odn. TM 01-77.
